IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be aware that bus/train operators reserve the right to confiscate your Explore card if they believe it is not being used for the purpose in which it was given. Confiscated cards are returned to Suffolk County Council where they are dealt with and either sent back to the holder or securely destroyed. Explore cards remain the property of Suffolk County Council at all times.
