Get 50% discount off normal adult single and return fares on local bus services in Suffolk. This includes journeys that finish in neighbouring counties, and return journeys bought in Suffolk.

In Ipswich Explore Card holders travelling on Ipswich Buses will be entitled to a fare of 60p and a return fare of £1.20.

First Eastern Counties offer a single fare of 70p with your Explore Card for travel within Ipswich Borough Council's boundary. As a rough guide this is the town centre and as far out as Playford Road, Suffolk Show Ground and Whitton - Old Norwich Road (please contact First for more information on 08456 020121). Outside of the borough boundary the normal Explore fare applies and is £1.10.

Explore Card holders can also get reduced rates on Ipswich Buses' young person's 10 Journey ticket at £5.20 and their 28 day unlimited travel pass at £18.50 for Ipswich & £20.00 for Ipswich & country.
